    My first question by email was answered in full. My second question was not. There was not much selection of canister vacuums available in the shop (online). I might have bought another model that I could upgrade later if I get carpets, but it was not available. So I bought a model that will work for now, for my small apartment with hard floors and only one or two carpets. But at the price, I would rather have had the option to buy something I could upgrade later. Still, I'm very happy with the vacuum cleaner. It's quiet, has excellent power, I really use the attachments (never did before with other vacuums) and I expect it to last a long time. I'm worried about the guarantee. I registered the product on the seller's site, and I got a message on the screen that it was registered. But I have not received an email or paper confirmation that I have the full warranty, so that makes me a little concerned. My second email question was why the prices were so high in the Polish (EU) shop compared to the UK (where presumably they are imported from the EU). I didn't get an answer to that. The prices in the Polish shop were several hundred zloties above the price for the same machine sold online in the UK by Sebo dealers. Why? Makes no sense. So while I'm glad I bought a Sebo, I still have questions and am not perfectly satisfied with interaction with this seller and with the limited selection of canister vacuums I was able to find in the online shop. On the positive side, my order was fulfilled very quickly and delivered fast. There were a couple of 'extras' in the package that I was not expecting - some scented sticks to put in the bag when vacuuming, and a brush for dusting which I didn't remember being advertised as included with the vacuum (listed as costing 1 zloty). Plus some promotional items - a carrier bag and a key lanyard with the SEBO logo on them. Overall, I would recommend this seller to others in Poland who want a SEBO, but the question in a way is academic, since there seems to be no other authorized dealer in this country who might have better prices or more stock available. Happy that I made my purchase and expect the vacuum cleaner to last for a very long time.
